Using house-ground fresh organic flour and seasonal ingredients, it’s hard to top Bruno Pizza, unless you take your mouth south to the birthplace of Sicilian pizza — Sicily, Italy. Bruno’s Caviar Exclusive is a Sicilian Square Pizza topped with ricotta, broccoli spigarello, cauliflower sauce, Parmesan, and chili. Fantastico!

#EmmyEats Pizza by Emily — Brooklyn & Queens

Emily loves pizza. Seriously. They even divided their pie menu by sauce color — there are the reds, the pinks, the greens, and the whites. For their Caviar Exclusive, Emily tapped the pinks, freshly baking a vodka sauce pizza with (light) banana peppers, onions, and a # of ranch on top. That’s right, a hashtag of sauce on top.

The Cheese Louise by Emmett’s — Manhattan

Emmett’s is known for their Chicago-style pizzas, hot dogs, and Italian beefs. They’re joining the secret menu, offering a caramelized cheese-crust pizza with your choice of toppings. Wrap your head around that — the crust is made of caramelized cheese. You get to add your favorite toppings. OMG.

Bite into fried short rib tossed in a spicy, sweet and sour sauce, drizzled with spicy mayo, and finished with guacamole, cilantro, green onion, and Sriracha. You can get the crispy short rib taco in-house, but it’s exclusively delivered by Caviar.

Known for their authentic Italian and wood-fired pizzas, Speedy Romeo is offering The Speedy Romeo Pizza Muffaletta Sandwich as a their secret menu creation. Sink your teeth into a sliced double-dough pizza bread loaf topped with housemade mozzarella and Provel cheese, grilled mortadella, hot-and-sweet soppressata, finocchiona, green olive celery giardiniera, and pickled chilis sandwich, served with a dill pickle and potato chips.
